50-hour Therapeutic Yin Yoga Training

A 50-hour deep dive for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners.

Moving beyond shapes & sequencing

This training is designed for qualified yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to explore what lies beneath the physical surface of the practice.

Whether you want to refine your seat as a teacher, deepen your personal relationship with Yin, or cultivate a more embodied way of holding space, this course offers a supportive and spacious environment to learn, integrate, and rest.

Through an integration of theory, somatic practice, and guided inquiry, you will learn to:

  • Work with the nervous system using polyvagal-informed principles rather than overriding the body.

  • Understand functional anatomy & fascia in a practical, real-body way that honours skeletal variation.

  • Hold space with confidence & safety through refined cueing, pacing, and trauma-aware practices.

  • Deepen your personal practice as the true foundation for embodied teaching and living.
